During this period of unprecedented uncertainty, we would like to provide you information on our response to this emergency.

Our employees are all fully vaccinated and are continuing to work through secured remote connections with reduced staff based out of our Altrincham office. This helps to reduce the chance of any outbreak affecting a substantial proportion of our engineers, reducing project risk.

Where possible client support activities will be carried out remotely to reduce health and safety risks. Where a site visit would be required to resolve the issue then Intuitive engineers are available and any additional Health and Safety control measures required will be discussed with the designated client representative.

Installation and commissioning work can now safely continue under the existing risk assessments for coronavirus (COVID-19); all employees have been trained in relevant control measures and where necessary any client-specific requirements can be incorporated into our procedures.

Intuitive have detailed procedures in place for management of Coronavirus risk and we stand ready to assist with any client requirements at this time.
